So, this is a question that depends on how much you OC, but i was just wondering on how much watt the CPU uses when OC, like the difference between a OC CPU and an non clocked CPU (4670k)

CPU: FX-8350, GPU: xfx radeon r9 290, RAM: corsair venegance 8gb, STORAGE; seagate barracuda 1TB hdd, SSDnow kingston 120gb, CPU COOLER: CM hyper 212 , CASE: fractal design XL, PSU: corsair CS 650w 80+ gold MOBO: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

Depends on voltage being applied.

Yes, but what is the normal amount of voltage a CPU needs, and how much do you need to add on?

Needed voltage depends on your CPU.(silicon lottery)
