Yes, the amount of memory doesn't effect the raw power of the GPU. It's still the same core.

Yes because its still Ellesmere XT.

 

 

EDIT: For people who say it might be cut down, AMD has this chip naming scheme. Ellesmere is the silicon, and XT is the full version, while PRO is the cut down version. This Ellesmere PRO is found in the 470 and 570.

I have the exact same setup but with a rx480. It definitely does bottleneck my 480 but I can usually still get 60fps in most games

Yes it will bottlenck but you should be fine.Like you'll still get 60fps
