When idle your temp would be at best around 5C hotter than ambient temp if using something like the D15 noctua.

hello, im using hwmonitor and i have some curious question...my cpu(fx6300) in idle mode shows 11°C (im using noctua cooler with two fans) and when browsing internet about 14°C, but my room temp is ~22°C. its a brand new pc (mobo and cpu too), so im not sure, if its correct temp or not.

the fx series cpus temp sensors dont work properly, this is why it reckons your temps are so low.

I think thats close to correct. AMDs sensors are buggy with idle temps. More load means better accuracy.

Those would be really high temps for AMD chip under just gaming load. More so with D15 which is best air cooler. But since OP didn't say its D15, it could be anything from L9 to D15 (I'm also using Noctua with 2 fans, but its U14S). 75C is 5C above absolute max for FX6300 when 60C is max recommended safe temp.
