Alternatively, you can swap out 8GB RAM to add a SSD.
If you can increase your budget further, you can get Ryzen 5 build like this one, just need to OC the RAM:

"If" more or less i choose g4560 build will it last 1 year at least.....can it handle like future final fantasy 15 for pc or like tomb raider 3 future games fot the next 1-2 years??? Just wondering though...
