Most rads already come with fans, and those aren't good for rads anyway because they're case fans.

as for a 240mm rad, the Kraken X52 is IMO the best.

Snip

is this a thread about radiators or a thread about fans? your chosen fans aren't really radiator optimized, I would strongly recommend investing in something with more static pressure. If you wish to stick with fractal, get their Venturi-HP series of fan.  Ek Vardars, Corsair SP/ML/ML Pro series, BeQuiet SIlent Wings 3, would be my go-to radiator fans of choice were I making a Custom Loop (there are, as well, a great many others from a great many manufacturers)

as far as radiator choice... what are you looking for?

May I question as to of which radiator dimensions is one intending to use of, in which chassis? Which other metals will be in this loop,

These fans, if I may admit, aren't particularly well optimized for radiator usage scenarios. For there airflow CFM movement to dBA output, I would most certainly recommend of even just some to other kind of fan, as there specifications are not impressive.

If you do decide to use of these fans, a very low FPI rating would be required.

A guide to fans:

I split an audio split, again

@Storm10 As a general rule, use the thickest and longest rad you can fit wherever you're trying to install it, the extra cooling capacity will probably be worth it. In terms of fans, if you're buying fans specifically for the purpose, then buy static pressure optimised fans if possible. But if your case already comes with fans, then just use them - it probably won't be worth spending money to swap out the fans.

This is a good point. Avoid aluminium radiators, they will act as an anode and and cause corrosion when combined with other metals in a loop (which they almost certainly will be).

When it comes to choosing fans, this covers it.

As those fans offer no pressure I'd get a thick rad with very low fpi.
