My friend wanted to know what the cheapest reasonable 4k gaming setup, PC and monitor included, would look like, and how much it would cost him. Any thoughts?

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

I wouldn't do 4k unless you had a 1080 ti minimum. So figuring in costs of other components and the monitor/peripherals, I'd say it would be around a 2k build.

Is that what you mean? It's made by carefulness and perfectness (provided by someone too!)
