I need a Graphics card. NEED HELP.

Go to solution Solved by MrGoose0,

Thanks everyone!

I'll be getting a RX 580 (4GB) Sapphire PULSE edition :)

Hey everyone!

I currently have a R9 380 Saphire NITRO card (4GB) and I think it's time to upgrade, but I don't have a ton of money to waste on resources I'm not going to use..

I'm rockin a 27'' 1080p display and I don't plan on upgrading anytime soon.

I can't understand what card should I get...

the GTX 1060 (6GB) is the same price as RX 580 (4GB) and I can't find any comparasons between those, all I see is the RX 580 (8GB) benchmarks...

the RX 480 (8GB) is almost the same price as the RX 580 (8GB) and I don't have that kind of money for a card rn.

My CPU: i5-4690K (3,9Ghz) OC

Also is there any difference between the 1060 compact version and not a compact version performance wise..?

Gee that's an amazing offer.

How much are the 480 and 580 8gb cards compared to the 1060?

I guess 35 Euros net cash outlay is not a bad deal for an upgrade to a brand new RX 580 4GB

Don't try to get what you can't afford.

I wouldn't take a 1060. No SLI support, shorter driver support, more expensive to get Gsync, all mean that the 1060 will not hold its value over time as well as an AMD card.

Sounds reasonable. :)

Should I get a Saphire PULSE or a GIGABYTE GAMING version and how can I tell the difference between those?
