4k gaming

Can I play games at 4k 60fps(upcoming consoles) and records at 30fps since my capture card supports only 30fps? Will my viewers will have a smooth experience? I know in pc 30fps is less but is it the same in consoles too?

It depends. If you're game is stuttering, they will see stuttering. If their internet isn't reliable, then they will see stuttering or whatever.

depends on the game. I know games like horizon zero dawn or uncharted 4 have perfect frame-pacing, so 30fps feels very good even though it isn't 60fps (tho uncharted 4 has 60fps multiplayer). but then you look at bloodborne, which has pretty bad frame pacing so 30fps doesn't feel as good but it's still playable
