CANNOT REINSTALL PYTHON

I installed python on my windows 10 computer. Then I uninstalled it for some reason. Now I want it again. But when I try to install it, it shows an error and now I can't install python. Refer to the screenshots for details.

Please help me.

Do you use the offline or the online installer?

It's offline maybe. The installer size is 29 MB
