Swapping cases

SHADY16

So I currently have the corsair 200r and I am considering switching to the corsair 460x and I am wondering if I can expect any temp drops with my current setup. I plan on having all 6 fan slots filled and moving my CPU radiator to front intake instead of rear exhaust  I also plan on using Corsair AF120s for fans as I already have them

my setup is

i7 6700k stock

Evga 120 CLC

MSI 1080Ti FE

Any input would be greatly appreciated

If you're moving the rad to the front, yes. It shouldn't be that big of a change. No more than 5-7o C.

Would I notice any drop in temps on my 1070 Ti FE with the new case?

Cases really don't affect temperature unless it's a really shitty case that either no intakes or all the intakes blocked off. I would be surprised if the temps improved versus just staying the same.

6 fans is a waste and you're throwing money away. After around 3-4 fans, there isn't much improvement. Linus even did a video on this.

Well the corsair 200r front intakes are two side grills with dust filters so it's not very unrestricted airflow at all and there's only really 2 intake fans that aren't blocked by a HDD cage
