Need help choosing 144hz monitor

I am searching for a good budget 144hz monitor for under 220 dollars, and have found a few that I am looking for. However, im not sure which one will offer me the best reliability and picture quality. Can somebody please offer me opinions on which one to buy?  I must have a DisplayPort, adjustable height stand and really want Freesync if possible.

The ViewSonic xg2401 has the best tn panel for 1080p 144hz and also has freesync. If you can spend the extra $30 I highly recommend it

If you can't I mean go for the xf240h, there are slim to none reviews but mostly small user reviews, the colors out of the box are horrid although I don't think there are any refresh rate issues with scanlines or resolution degradation on the 144hz

Somewhat outdated at this point, it doesn't have FreeSync which can be found around the same price
