Ear force px22 vs mod mic 4

My friend is replacing his turtle beach ear force px22s. He says he will sell them to me for $35. Right now I have the jbl Everest 700 headphones and they aren't for gaming at all. But I can get a mod mic 4 for $43. If you had the choice would u get the ear force px22s or the mod mic 4?
