Maybe go for a 1600, its a little more expensive but more cores and threads will help.

 

Also go for a cryorig h7 for ryzen, hyper 212 does ok, but cryorig can do a little better.

I dont have the PCPartPicker Lists, and I could make it external but I'm trying to keep desk clutter to a minimum if I can avoid it. I'm still trying to figure out the whole setup. 

 

Let me re do the Lists though so you guys could make changes. Keep im mind I'm not going over the limit that I have rn. I can't afford it. So I'll ask you kindly to keep in mind the budget for each PC.
