Electronics Wizardy is right. You will still need to setup port forwarding on the LTE router/modem to make it work. I needed to do this a while ago for a couple of security cameras so I could access them remotely and Verizon Wireless was the internet company I had at the time. They told me that I needed a static IP address and only way to get one was to purchase one through them which costs a whopping $500 USD. I ended up using TeamViewer to access the cameras remotely instead, it was free.

There is a company called NO-IP. They provide DNS host names, look into it, and if the LTE internet provider says you will need a static IP, try telling them that you have the dynamic IP address issue taken care of with NO-IP, I don't know if it will work, but it is worth a try.

Just curious, what are you planning to do that needs port forwarding?

That's not true on my router you can set up a dynamic DNS so it grabs the new external IP and sends it to your domain provider.

if you want to annoy me, then join my teamspeak server ts.benja.cc
