What should be the ideal length for my custom to PSU cables for my pc to be well cable managed? On what all factors does it depend. Please help me out

it solely depends on the cable runs and the case itself since the layout in large full sized system will not be the same as a SFF system. It'a fairly easy to determine by just measuring out with some rope physically and adding say around 10cm or 4 inch of extra cable to that.
