Where to plug in USB 3.0 from case on old motherboard

Hey guys, I just got a new case (NZXT S340 ELITE) and I want to plug the USB 3.0 cable into my older motherboard (Asus p5q) where is the port/a port that I can plug it into? 

I like Computer Stuffs. Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it in again? Automation Expert (Bots, scripts, etc)! Add me on Xbox Live: JollyPlanet449 And on Steam!: Baxtmann Wanshow.tips is a cool place too

You definitely cannot get USB 3 speeds from it, but I'm no expert on the internal USB headers.

I know I can't get the speeds... But I wasnt sure if there was a way to plug it in to get USB 2 speeds..

You need an adapter and then you plug it into the USB 2.0 header:
