I know this is an older thread but Safari syncs "everything" as well, just between iOS and macOS devices. Safari can import Chromes bookmarks and favorites too.

adblocking support, reader mode, iCloud Tabs, Keychain, the OS integration, and more! 

 

I don't even know why I have other browsers installed tbh! 

 

On MacOS I have Chrome around just to be able to play this one flash game called Kantai Collection. The extension that allows it to work in the US is only on Chrome.

Ah, now I remember why I only used Safari the last time for about ten minutes. I hate the fact that pinned tabs show up in all windows.

I initially switched to Chrome because I hate iOS Safari and I wanted everything to sync. I never used to have a problem with OS X Safari, but then I tried switching back to Safari about a year ago to save power/memory, but I decided I didn't like it shortly thereafter and switched back to chrome. Now I remember why I didn't like it. I don't need tabs that I pin to show up in every window. I like to pin tabs and keep them in their own designated window. 

 

I also don't like how it stacks tabs when there are too many making it take several clicks to get to the last tab rather than just shrinking them all down.

I swear to god, every time I open firefox on my mac, no matter it contains 1 tab (google) or 5 tabs of content, my fans are ramping up, the whole machine becomes warm and the whole system is on rage.... why firefox, why?

Im running 10.12.4 and feature-wise it is the best OSX there has ever been. (it better be if its the latest). Design wise, i kinda wish they kept the skeuomorphic icons from before (but thats an old problem since 2014), the new backgrounds i also hate. Siri sucks, as usual. i almost always do things manually because it takes siri too long to figure it out. Hope in 10.13 or whatever's next they will fix siri and add some new features, as Sierra was kind of boring.
