45 fps at 1080p, 15 fps at 4k

Until patch 1, then suddenly...

47 fps at 1080p, 14 fps at 4k

I believe it's a completely different.  From the footage I've seen, it looks like a sci-fi version of Dishonored, which doesn't surprise me since Arkane studios is the developer.
