Hi all,

I have my PC connected to a TV as a temporary monitor, but everything seems to be scaled down, as I'm using its native resolution of 1920X1080. i have tested a few games and they are fine for 1080p yet anything form the desktop to steam, or even chrome doesn't seem to scale up to 1080p. And all the text is too small to read.

Go in your video card's driver settings and disable Overscan or Underscan - look at some option called Scaling

Go in the TV settings as well and disable scaling options

Also may help to set the Input : PC or something like that on TV and/or look if there's some menu called Post-Processing (or something similar) and disable features there - you want the TV to display each image as-is, like the video card sends it.
