pc not starting

I started my pc this morning and instead of coming back to it on the log on sceeen I get surprised by a blank windows screen 800x600 resolution. So I restarted it and watched it. It came up with start windows normally or startup repair so I picked start normally it went onto the windows logo fine but just before windows starts it restarts and it goes on and on and on I cant even access safe mode the same thing just happens please help

your OS is probably corrupt.

Just redownload windows from a different computer onto a USB stick, and reinstall.

Sounds like your install is broken. I would recommend startup repair, but you have not given us the slightest amount of details, so thats all we can help you with.

Sorry startup repair doesnt work either
