Laptop Under 8 Dollars

Looking for a cheap laptop online i can get shipped for under 8 dollars. I see things like this online where people get core 2 duo laptops for under 10 dollars. I've looked but i cant find any. Can someone help?

I hope you don't need to do anything too serious on a sub-$8 computer.
