I was thinking about building a small PC for a media center or for various uses around the house. Can y'all think of a cheap build for those purposes?

What I have already:

DDR3 RAM

Power Supply

GPU

I would prefer new parts from Amazon because a co-worker gave me a gift card, and I would like it as cheap as possible. Many thanks!

Geez I was thinking an AMD A4-7300! I don't need that much power.

what's the budget and gpu and RAM??? (as a i3 has more power than A4-7300, because the A4 barely has any at all, I mean it would work but the i3 would be alot better)

if you want a cheaper CPU though swap the i3 in my list for a celeron G1840, as it's just dearer and no more than the A4 and no more and it is roughly 36% better (according to userbenchmark as shown

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Celeron-G1840-vs-AMD-A4-6300-APU/2849vsm10639)

My budget is like 70 dollars. I already have an HDD too, I forgot. I have 4 gb of ram, and an old GPU I found.

if you can't get a second hand PC for a good price get this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FvBp8K

(second hand probably will be better, as I have seen some cracking deals, like i5 PCs about for £50, they can be rare though those ones)
