Cant Delete HDD partition??

I have an old WD Black drive from a few years back that i had my old OS on (before ssds were very affordable). I just went to format it so i can use it to store my music, pictures and other random stuff on and i seem to have a problem. For some reason it wont let me format my Hibernation partition or my recovery partition from my old OS. Its not the biggest deal as together they only make up like 9 GB of a 1TB hard drive but still would be nice to have the full capacity. Thanks!

Do it in a different os or use disk part.

I use AOMEI Partition Assistant.  It works great and there is a FREE version that you can download.
