So my Samsung 16GB 80mb/s EVO Plus Class 10 Micro SD Card came today and when I put it in my phone it doesn't show a "set up" SD card or some notification. I go to storage and it says there is a micro sd card yes. But I have no idea how to make it into internal storage. Help pls. *On android 4.4.2

and you know what's cool? the one I own has 2GB when the specs list 4GB online. This might aswell be a fake.

it's a low-end phone, what can you expect. android OS and system apps take 2gb of storage in your phone.

I find it hilarious on local web-stores here in Brazil the GIGANTIC amount of complains towards this, people go like "it has 16gb advertised capacity but then it's only 11~12gb" and they actually file complains and bad reviews and everything without understanding how OS and programs need to use this storage too.

It got so much out of hand that there is a new law that forces all retailers specify the full storage capacity and the capacity after considering OS and OEM apps.

some poor apple employee had to explain that. when i was buying my i phone 7 plus, some guy was yelling at an apple representative about her phone only having 11.7 gb of usable space.
