Considering how prohibitively expensive VR is, from the headset to the machine powering it, I just don't see this suit going anywhere except with a few hardcore VR fan...

And even there, games would need to be developed with the suit in mind in the first place, meaning even if they do deliver, it's essentially dead on arrival. I don't see any game dev going out of their way to implement the code required for this suit that next to nobody will own. There's already so few of them making VR titles in the first place...

Maybe in 5 or 10 years, now is just too early.

 

But hey, I'm a pessimist at heart, I would love to be proven wrong.

Sure anyone can deliver a product. But having it work well and reliably is another large portion of it. I am all in if it's legit but I don't know of any program that supports this yet. This also adds in another HUGE part to VR besides what is already there

Considering how prohibitively expensive VR is, from the headset to the machine powering it, I just don't see this suit going anywhere except with a few hardcore VR fan...

And even there, games would need to be developed with the suit in mind in the first place, meaning even if they do deliver, it's essentially dead on arrival. I don't see any game dev going out of their way to implement the code required for this suit that next to nobody will own. There's already so few of them making VR titles in the first place...

Maybe in 5 or 10 years, now is just too early.

 

But hey, I'm a pessimist at heart, I would love to be proven wrong.
