Bcz i do office work alot text looks much better on 4K. This is the reason I want to use 4k monitors. 4k gaming will be too expensive. I want to keep the build cost around $1000 if possible. I also want to keep the option in future to replace with the high end graphic card in next 3 to 4 years.

this build will cost me over $1500 i think

the monitor is the most expensive part is the 4k monitor its like 500 $ alone and you wont even be able to power it with that graphics card so i would get a lesser res one since your only doing text work anyway and in the future if you upgrade the graphics card upgrade the monitor aswell

This build falls within your budget and is what I would get if it was my mine, I would personally go with Sapphire or MSI for GPU brand though.

Now since you said cheap as possible, you can get it cheaper by changing certain parts around without effecting performance too much; in fact unless the game you play uses more than 4GB of ram, you shouldn't notice a difference. The build below is about $90 cheaper.

For both builds, you can add more ram if needed and if you have money, I would recommend getting a SSD for the OS drive.
