Samsung s8 external graphics

So the s8 has recently launched along with revealing a new charger which is a usb type c and ive come to find that type c usb to hdmi, display port, and dvi work with it so i was wondering if an external graphics card could work the phone making gaming so much better.

Just because there are available outputs doesn't mean you can use a GPU. These devices run Android, and there's no need for a dedicated external GPU.

Won't mobile gaming already be awesome on it? It should perform flawlessly on any game you can get on the play store. You only really need a dGPU if you're playing AAA games on a desktop. I don't think they even make games at that level for phones.

No, that wouldn't work. Android doesn't support external GPU's. Even it it did the ARM CPU's would be a huge bottleneck to the GPU's

There's a big difference between USB C and Thunderbolt 3, although physically they're the same. The port on the S8 (and every other USB C phone these days) only handles USB, not displays.

Not to mention Android can't handle that anyways.

To get 60 fps at 1440p all the time. And be sides isnt this what pc enthusiasts do

Yes, but not with Android phones. They aren't made to be gaming machines.
