How to full screen Debian in VirtualBox?

How to full screen Debian GNOME in virtualbox. I am unable to install the guest addition package of virtualbox.

I have followed this video

But in every point I am getting an error. Please help me. Its almost 3 hours and I failed to do so.

I am a linux noob. Please help.

click device then at the bottom insert guest edition thing then a cd will show up in Debian then run it and restart and the size auto adjusts and you get other cool features.
