So for school we are doing a twenty time thing and my idea was to create a completely silent CPU cooler using no fans FROM SCRATCH and I have 3 to 4 weeks to buy materials, make the actual cooler, and make a video plus I'm not even sure if my design will work. I'm only slightly asking for materials. Slightly... the cooler will be made of copper piping in a coil with some kind of copper heat sink attached to it via a thermal adhesive. Then it will have water running through the piping from a pump into a water block which cools the CPU. I. Need. Help. Now. I understand you're all busy so thanks.

To design something like that in a limited period of time is a tall order and to choose to make it your project for some class grade is putting A LOT of pressure on yourself.

It'd be enough work to build a air-cooler from scratch but to implement liquid is even more. If you have the tools and know-how that's great but if you lack both this may be an impossible task if the deadline isn't far off.

If you are planning on making a waterblock that is doable if you have the equipment, it would be easy to make a basic one with a CNC and mill in water channels within a chunk of copper.
