Depends on what you are playing and what resolution. If your playing at 1080p 144hz, then a 1080 will be fine, if playing at 4k and you want that 60fps minimum, then a 1080ti or Titan Xp would suit your needs.

I am currently in the process of building a Pc for gaming, but am unsure what card to use. I am thinking a Titan XP or GeForce 1080, Could I get any help?

Depends on what you are playing and what resolution. If your playing at 1080p 144hz, then a 1080 will be fine, if playing at 4k and you want that 60fps minimum, then a 1080ti or Titan Xp would suit your needs.

Uhmmmm... What is your CPU? What resolution are you playing at? What games do you want to play? What is your budget? - We need more info.

 

btw. the Titan lineup is not worth it for gaming, a GTX 1080Ti is a better choice because it's much cheaper.

At very least the GTX 1070 if it really is 1080p or wait for VEGA if one wants AMD, but the rx 580 is not on pair with the performance he expects.

Personally I would get a 1080ti. It's like 95% of the Titan Xp for much less. And it's 30-40% better than the 1080 for like $200 more
