Anyone use Artlantis for 3D model rendering?

I have to use it for a course I'm studying at the moment and its giving me a world of trouble, wondering if anyone could help me out a little

I think its a fairly amateur program, which is why I asked before listing the issues haha

 

but basically, I just let my computer run for 48 hours straight, rendering 2 short clips back to back and at the end the program just crashed and didn't save either clip :angry:
