RAM NOT DETECTED

I just finished my first build and found out that only one of the two RAM sticks were detected.

 

After few minutes of experimenting, I find out that one ram stick wasn't working in any of the slots. While other was working in all four of them.(yes I tried every combination with each)

 

What should I do?

Replace it?

File a claim with wherever you bought it from. They should offer free return shipping.
