nope rx480 4 gb shold be good enough.

for those games no. you may want more later if you start playing games that use more but 4gb is definitely  a decent amount. that being said the newer consoles have alot more vram capacity the making newer games use up more vram. i would say 8 gb will definitely be nice for futureproofing but for your current needs 4gb is plenty.
