Which graphic card is better 1050 ti or rx580 according to their performance

These two cards do not compete directly. The RX 580 competes with the GTX 1060 6GB. The GTX 1050Ti competes with the RX 470/570. 

 

The RX 580 is significantly faster than the 1050Ti.

RX 580 is more than 70% more powerful. Defitnely go for that, if both are at the same price point. Or go with the cheaper RX570, which is still miles ahead of the GTX 1050Ti.
