PayPal Text Only??

Any idea why PayPal is showing up as text only? It's been like this for almost an entire week now.

Happens both on my desktop running Windows 10 and my MacBook. Tried using different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and even Microsoft Edge.

Edit: PayPal shows up correctly if I use mobile data to access the page. So my home network is the one that is causing the problem.

Disabled all my extensions and gave it a try but same problem persists.

Really don't think Windows is causing the problem since its happening across multiple computers and a MacBook running OSX.

Yeah it's happening on a different PC too. I think my network has something to do with it.

Found the culprit...

Doesn't happen on mobile data so my network is screwing with it.

Now how exactly do I fix this...

Yeah I think I'll do that.

I have Xfinity (answering your previous question). Customer support there sucks a whole bunch but whatever...

For some reason your isp is not allowing PayPal to load stylesheets. Is it only on PayPal where you have this issue? Really the only thing you can do is hit up the customer support, maybe on both ends, PayPal and your ISP

75% of what I say is sarcastic

So is the rest probably

First, open the console on your web browser (usually F12 on Chrome) and look any error to loading any pictures or scripts...
