Apologies if this has been asked before. I only have 1 x 4 pin header for a case fan and want to fit in 3 case fans. On a few LTT videos I have seen them using some small circuit to share the PWM signals to multiple fans. I have been trying to search but all I can find are just splitter cables but they are mostly just 1 to 2 fans.

Can anyone tell me what I should be searching for :D Cheers!!

You could look for something like a PWM Fan Hub to put in your case...  Probably a better idea than trying to daisy chain several fan splitters.

Awesome that was what I was looking for, I just didn't know what they were called. I was searching for 'splitters' which just kept throwing out the little cables. One of the things that did crop up is the general advise not to run more than 1 or 2 fans directly off of one header.

Cheers for that!

3-way splitter would also work. Difference between splitter and hub is that hubs usually use external power and have 4 or more connectors. But basic working principle is same. One fan is control which sends rpm reading to mobo and which is used to setting controls. Rest will obey that fans settings.

I just see it as a difference in form factors.

My concern with just a splitter was the power. i can find no data about how much power my headers can supply and dont want to kill it!

Each mobo header can power 2-4 fans. Depending fan. Mobo header is max 1A. Fans are 0.25-0.4A.
