Water cooling prep?

Hey guys so i have most of the parts for my loop rad fittings cpu block pump res. 
I seen somewhere not to use tap water to clean ur parts.

I have a few gallons of distilled water and distilled white vinegar. 

Would that be the best way to clean and prep my system.

right now i have all the parts not installed yet trying to clean them before i start the loop

also should i rinse all my fittings

You can flush your radiators with tap water. Just give them a rinse afterwards with distilled water.

 

I haven't ever seen or heard anything about rinsing fittings or blocks before hooking them up to a new loop.

This.  There's nothing wrong with tap water if you final rinse with distilled.
