Looking at the options you provided, there are essentially only 2 types of action cameras and they were just heavily rebranded to be "different". After having hours and hours of experience with cheap action cameras, I would recommend making the investment in a higher quality one, such as the traditional GoPro or the cheaper but just as good Xiaomi Yi 2 action camera.

That is because I tried using a cheap 4k camera only to discover the quality is horrendous and was even outperformed by an old GoPro I had. Not to mention the image stabilisation, or well none on the cheap cameras. So if purchasing any of the options you had listed, I am warning you, the footage will be very shaky and wobbly. If you're expecting footage recorded with those to be like the videos you watch online of diving, you will be very disappointed.

If you still do wish to advance forth and purchase one of the cameras within your list, I wouldn't be able to give any form of recommendations, as they all have identical specifications.

I suck a typing, preparw for typos.
