Been having a very weird issue where after only 1 or 2 seconds of being in a voice application with a certain person, neither of us will be able to hear the other. After about half a minute to a minute, the connections completely drops. However, both of us can talk to other people using the same programs just fine. It is only the two of us to each other. It's been happening with discord, skype, even the battle.net voice chat. I'm at a loss to figuring out what is causing the issues, as it is only between the two of us.

Any suggestions on what it could be?
