Price: Usually the table PC will be more expensive

Looks: Although some PC's can look cool, a glass top table PC looks stellar

Practicality: It depends on you, if you usually keep your PC in one place for a long time, the PC desk will suit you. The only downside of a PC desk is that it is tougher to build in and moving or fixing parts is not as easy. At least with a desktop, you can move it around to LAN parties, etc.
