-1600 is better deal

-$100 CPU with locked mobo and cpu?!?

-Only 8gb RAM?

It's kinda not priced very well, I'll make a better list.

The mobo and CPU you have both don't allow overclocking, yet you're choosing a $100 CPU cooler, which is a bit of a waste.

either go for the build i posted before, Or dont get a water cooler.  Honestly i would recommended getting my build without a water cooler and just use the base fan it comes with until you need to overclock.

locked mobo means that the motherboard you chose doesn't support overclocking. Locked CPU also means that the motherboard you chose doesn't support overclocking.

I had a typo :P mean to say "$100 CPU cooler."

Basically what I'm saying is you essentially are getting a CPU that can't overclock with a motherboard that can't overclock and then buying a $100 CPU cooler, which makes no sense. It would be much better to get a 7600k or 1600 and a slightly more expensive motherboard that supports overclocking and then getting a cheaper CPU cooler.

Though overall the build your friend recommended is a bit poorly balanced; the build I chose is much more powerful for only $15 more.

Look at Doc Swag's post

As for the pc you showed, get rid of the cooler, stock coolers do fine on non-k cpu's.

Why a custom ssd cover, are you planning on showcasing it?

Other things were covered by others.
