Could save a bit and get the 1700, then manually overclock rather than spend the extra on 1800X.  You have a good cooling solution in your specs.

So there isn't any difference between them apart from clock speeds?

The X means it will use its XFR to automatically overclock.  If you use manual overclocking then XFR isn't used anyway.  Multiple reviewers have got their 1700 to 4 GHz manually overclocking with good cooling, so at that point you're simply paying for the convenience of not having to manually overclock.

Oh.
CPU - change to 1700, CPU cooler not necessary anymore
Mobo - Get B350 or X370 but not MSI. I don't trust their boards after watching this
Other parts are fine.

Cooler - Overclocking

For me, MSI or asus since they are the only pure black motherboard i can find. and asus is £100 more.

I also heard they are alright now.
