So I've been configuring this PC for a while now and since I don't have much left to optimise I thought I'd present my build here, maybe someone has some more Ideas.

So Location is Switzerland and the budget is as low as possible with the computing power which is in this build right now. At the moment the build costs CHF 650 which is about 647.60$. Please remember that Switzerland is way more expensive than the U.S. This PC will mainly be used for light gaming like puzzle games etc. The PC is for an old Person who likes to play puzzle games. Resolution is 1080p and won't change. Peripherals are not included in this build. Upgrading the old PC isn't really a thing because he is running an i5 650. Now for the exiting part, the components:

Motherboard: AsRock B250 Pro4

CPU: Intel Pentium G4620---------------->Changed to Intel Pentium G4560

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2133Mhz DDR4

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX460 2GB

Case: Corsair Carbide 200R

PS: Corsair VS450 450W-------------------->Changed to Corsair CX450M
Optical Drive (Yes is necessary): ASUS DRW-24D5MT

Operating System: Windows 10 Home

Storage is here not included because I will salvage that from the Computer this one is replacing.

I hope you have some good Ideas for my build.

Signing off

Wendulan

CPU - G4620 isn't worth it. Go for G4560.

GPU - Go for a better one if budget allow (1050TI, RX470 etc)

PSU - Corsair VS PSUs are not that good, go for a better one.

Desktop specs:

I'm looking into the G4560 at the moment. Though I won't upgrade the GPU because at the moment the old PC sports a Nvidia Geforce GT310 and everything works smoothly so she really does not need a RX470 or a 1050TI. I know that Corsair VS PSU's are not that good but It's about the price. If you have a better quality low cost power supply tell me. I want suggestions not plain, do that look for that. Anyway thank you for the reply.

Get any PSU from tier 1-3

Corsair CX-M (grey) or Seasonic S12II are cheap but decent PSU.

Do you know BigFishGames? If not go on their website. She mainly plays games from there.

If a GT310 works, then I'd suggest the Intel Pentium G4400 (skylake). For graphics, the integrated one will work good enough. For the motherboard, any cheap board with 1151 socket from known manufacturer like MSI, Gigabyte or Asus will do. For RAM, some 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 from known manufacturers like Toshiba or Crucial will do. Just go cheap and cheerful.
