What are the temps you get with it on full load?

I should suggest you raising slowly the clock and check for its temperature each time you increase the value. You should stop when temps reach let say 60 degrees celsius(that's just an example) Check the max temp for this CPU and do yourself a barrier where you think you should stop the OC so you won't damage the CPU.

That's what I did with mine. Max is around 72.4 deg C, so I OCd it to 4.4 and barely reaches 60 deg C. So these temps won't damage it in the future.
