i have been working on html for a few days now i am feeling retarded how to make your own domain i dont want to get domain from websites but i wanna create my own i am an tech lover so making your own domain should be a milestone for me

Well you have to get a domain from a valid registrar so unfortunately your stuck with that. That being said i really love domains.google they have great rates and free privatization. Also you can check out http://www.freenom.com/ and you can get a .tk domain for free :-) I use .tk all the time for testing and development, Let me know if you have any troubles!
