They sell the same motherboard for 74 euros on this site  Promocaz.fr but I have some trust issues

ah ok. Yeah wait for discount. R5 1600 is worth it

Rating: 5/10

The R5 1400 is a bad value. Go for a better Ryzen 5 CPU.
Ryzen CPUs benefit from faster RAM speeds.
Why Hybrid drive? They are not that fast but still very expensive. If you want faster read/write speeds, get a SSD.
RX480 4GB is better than GTX1060 3GB.
You don't need a GAMING keyboard. Normal keyboard will work fine in gaming. You won't notice any difference.

Here, I made a better list for you: https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/wZ7Vyf

yes

Then get Intel i5 7400/7500 + any B250 mobo

Or get 8GB RAM

Or get cheaper GPU like RX470/RX570

Should be able to save some money to buy a new monitor

Change the monitor to a different one. I have that monitor and it has horrible color

I would rate it 9/10 because of monitor. Everything else is good

I did try them. Not long but I haven't encountered any ghosting. That's the cheapest IPS monitor I could find that I showed you and have good reviews
