Need help!

Okay so this happens to me a lot and I really want to know what I can do to fix it. The problem is that during an h1z1 game or any type of game, doesn't matter, i will go from 80 fps to 15 then back to 80 fps after like 10 seconds of it being 15 fps. No clue why it does this I recently reset my computer twice and it never did it before that. It started doing the fps dropping about 3 weeks ago and i reset my computer about 4 weeks ago. Anyone help please

Rx 480 8 gb

fx 8350

8 gb of ddr 3 ram

TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 Hard drive

yeah... That's all the important stuff

mainly i play h1z1, pubg, and rust (all in beta yes i know but it shouldnt be doing that.)

Anyways, the game is in early access as mentioned by someone else. So performance glitches should be expected.
