Good build?

My friend is planning on making a game pc and he wants me to help him. We live in the Netherlands and his budget is 900 euro. It's only used for gaming.

 

Is this the best build for the money? (he has all the periphals and has a 1080p monitor)

Pretty much... I do advise buying the SSD first and HDD later if you can't go with both together due to the hassle to partition and move OS and all later... 3000mhz of the same corsair vengeance is also advisable since Ryzen takes good performance boost with high frequency and the Asus Prime can run at 2933mhz without any issue.
