Honestly, for 1080 Gaming wise, the 8GB version is better as it allows you to hit 60fps even on newer games without turning much settings down.

But the disparity between the 4GB version and the 8GB version is actually quite noticeable, but more apparent if you downgrade.

 

The RX 480 4GB version would be fine for you and help you save a couple of bucks.

Yes, that looks good. The CPU cooler that comes with R5 1400 is good enough if you wont OC.

Jet doesn't actually have the 480 nitro at $240, it's $285 on the website. right now the gtx 1060 6gb mini is the cheaper of the rx 480 and gtx 1060 so i'd get that instead. not sold on the 1400's performance right now tbh, it has half the cache of the 1500x which is on par with the 7500 so i doubt it'l perform as well.
