Can you play BF1 with a DSL 3 megabits per second download speed. Ping is around 29-37. Upload is 0.30 megabits per second. I have an i3 6100 with a gt 740 that a friend gave when I play using my home dsl it stutters and when I run it puts my character back in the same place video settings are at 1080p low, once I play using my personal phones hotspot which is around 30-50 megabits per second download And 20-28 ping the game runs very smooth with no stutter so is my home internet the problem

It's unclear. The battlefield website cites at least 512Kbps but doesn't say whether that's upload or download. So my gut tells me that you won't be able to play with your 300Kbps upload.

Also your GT 740 is definitely not enough to play on 1080p, might not be enough for 720p even.

It performs excellent on bf4 with the gt740 using DSL but it's just BF1 with the issue
